Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seat availability and planning requirements, Liyana Academy maintains the following policy regarding payments:

Token Fee

The token fee paid during pre-booking is non-refundable under any circumstance.

It ensures seat reservation and is deducted from the total fee upon full registration.

If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.

Refunds are not applicable once the course begins or materials are shared.

In rare cases of cancellation from our side, a full refund (including the token) will be processed within 7-10 working days.

All cancellation or refund requests must be sent via email to info@liyanaacademy.com, with details of the transaction and reason for cancellation.
